FREE SHIPPING

Free delivery is offered in Canada with any purchase of $49 or more before taxes. Free delivery does not apply for oversized items and for regions considered distant by our carriers: northern Quebec, northern British Columbia etc.

Your orders are shipped via trackable methods, and upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that at promotional events involving a high volume of orders such as "Anniversary Sale", "Black Friday" or "Cyber Monday", delivery times may be longer than usual.

HIGHER transportation fees may apply in the following situations:

• If you live in a remote area or an area that is difficult to reach by (for example: Îles de la Madeleine, Kuujjuaq).
• When you purchase an item which is bulky or heavy and bears the mention “oversized”.
• If a product is considered "fragile" by our carriers, we have to pay the carrier extra fees for special handling.

Accordingly, if the transportation fees calculated during your online purchase are different from the actual fees, we will inform you by email or by phone. At that moment, you will have the possibility to cancel your order.

Orders of $200 CAD or more ship free to the continental United States via trackable methods.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Items that surpass shipper's size and weight restrictions do not qualify for free shipping. We reserve the right to not ship to certain addresses. We do not offer free shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico, and reserve the right to not ship to certain addresses, including military bases.

Expedited shipping options include as UPS services.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders being shipped to the USA or internationally are exempt from Canadian taxes, but cross an international border, and so must pass through customs and may be subject to import duties, customs processing fees, brokerage fees (in the case of UPS deliveries) and local (state/territorial) taxes. As a general rule, in most cases, orders worth $800 USD or less are exempt from duty charges. When these fees do occur, it is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees. Mastiff Gears is unfortunately unable provide fee estimates, but these can be obtained by contacting your local customs and tax offices.

Orders made outside North America

Transportation fees for orders in remote regions are only an estimate. Actual fees will be communicated to you. Transportation time may vary.

In all cases, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order once you have received the shipping fees and time.
